Dr. Zoran Lončar, DVM

EDUCATION
Dr. Loncar graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (BELGRADE UNIVERSITY) in 2005.

EXPERIENCE
Dr. Loncar has worked in small animal private clinic- “Novak veterinary practice”, since graduated. He is a regional referral veterinarian in Neurology and Orthopedic field.

Certificate in Modular Specialization of Small Animal Orthopedic Surgery, SCIVAC, Cremona, Italy.
ESAVS certificate in Small Animal Neurology/Neurosurgery, modular specialization.
Certificates in TTA and TPLO surgery.

Externship training in Jaggy Clinic Brno, Czech Republic, University Leipzig, UC Davis California.

Dr. Loncar is co-founder and president of recently born regional professional organization: Veterinary Orthopedic and Neurology Group (VOG).


Milan Matko

Dr. Milan Matko, DVM

EDUCATION
Dr. Matko graduated from the Veterinary Faculty in Ljubljana in 1983.
Professional experience:

Since1999-a founderand head surgeon of Veterinary Clinic Toplica – “Centre for treatment of animals in Topolšica”.

CPD training, Membership, Recognitions:
1993- Veterinary Clinic in Soloturn, Switzerland, with Dr. Alfred Neuhaus,
1996- the University of Illinois, Small Animall Clinic in Urbana with Prof. dr. Ann L. Johnson, and in
1997 at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary medicine in Columbus, with Prof. dr. Marvin L. Olmstead, in USA.
Participated in over 90 professional training activities.
Lectured at more then 30 congresses,seminars and workshops in Slovenia and other neighbour countries-Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
Dr.Matko has been the president of the Slovenian Small Animal Veterinary Associations, and for two periods, he was the president of the Celje Veterinary Association.
A member of: the British Small Animals Veterinary Association (BSVA), the European Society of Veterinary Orthopaedics and Traumatology (ESVOT),  AOVET (with its seat in Davos), Slovenian Small Animal Veterinary Association (SZVMŽ) , WSAVA and the European FECAVA.
In January 2008, the Veterinary Chamber of Slovenia awarded him the title: Specialist in Veterinary Medicine for Dogs and Cats.
Dr. Matko has published several articles in Slovenian professional journals and is a co-author of a university textbook titled “Kompjutorizirana tomografija i diagnostika patologije lubanje, mozga i kralježnice psa”, issued in Zagreb.
In-depth work in the field of diagnostics and surgery and primarily orthopaedics and neurology of dogs and cats.
Dr. Matko is co-founder and secretary ofVeterinary Orthopedic and Neurology Group (VOG).

KRESZINGER

Dr. Mario Kreszinger, DVM

EXPERIENCE
Dr. Kreszingerhas been working as Assistant Professor at Veterinary Faculty, in Zagreb University, Clinic for Surgery, Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology, since 2007.

CPD training, Membership, Recognitions:
- Perform practical and theoretical instruction in the subjects' surgery, orthopedics and ophthalmology, "I, II and III and the outpatient clinics of the Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb.
- Course "Surgery, Orthopedics and Ophthalmology II
- Teacher Item "Surgery, orthopedics and ophthalmology," in postgraduate study "Pathology and breeding carnivores" at the Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb.
- Teacher at the postgraduate studies "Surgery, orthopedics and ophthalmology with anesthesiology“
- Teacher training course lasting "Osteosynthesis in Small Animals" for the doctors of veterinary medicine

Research projects:
2006 - contributor to the scientific project "Regeneration of bone tissue using a free omental graft. Ministry of Science, Education and Sport, head prof. PhD. Josip Kos.
2002-2005 - Associate the scientific project "Free omental graft and regeneration of calcified tissue. Ministry of Science and Technology, head prof. PhD. Josip Kos.
